摘    要:介绍了信合嘉园小区所建3栋高层住宅楼的工程地质条件、基础方案、软弱下卧层验算、复合地基承载力验算、地震液化检验、沉降量与倾斜验算、基坑开挖和基坑降水方案。该工程中夯扩灌注桩复合地基在箱基下形成似筏板基础,桩身未穿过可液化层,但通过挤密效应消除了地层液化,大大缩短了桩长和降低了地基处理成本。该项岩土工程不仅填补了河北省任丘地区高层建筑勘察设计的空白,而且说明了夯扩灌注桩对挖掘浅层可液化地层的地基的潜力具有很重要的意义。

Abstract:Engineering geological condition, footing, weak underlying layer examination, allowable bearing capacity of compound subsoil, earthquake hazard evaluation, settlement, tilting, excavation and dewatering works for the 3 tall buildings in Xinhejiayuan Community are introduced. In the projects, the composite subsoil of piles with rammed and enlarged base forms a similar mat foundation under box foundation; and by the effect of jostle dissolves stratum liquefaction the piles don’t drill through so as to shorten piles greatly and lower greatly the soil treatment cost. Not only the blank of geotechnical investigation & design for tall buildings in Renqiu District has been filled up by the projects, but it is also pointed out that piles with rammed and enlarged base are important to tap the potentialities of shallow liquefiable stratum.
