中国各省区地震烈度衰减关系模型甄别

摘    要:收集整理全国22个省、5个自治区、4个直辖市的烈度衰减关系资料,得到182个烈度衰减关系公式,与现用地震快速评估系统、"十五"评估系统中烈度衰减关系参数进行对比,可知:①北京、上海、河北、吉林、甘肃、福建、江苏、海南、贵州、安徽、湖南、浙江、黑龙江、宁夏、天津、广西、辽宁、山东、江西、广东、陕西等地区的烈度衰减关系具有优化性;②四川、云南、内蒙古等省区地域性广,地震频发,沿用已有烈度分区结果;③新疆、青海、西藏、内蒙古中部、重庆、湖北、河南、山西等地有多个衰减公式,依次甄别,优选适用对应区域的衰减关系公式,以达到优化参数的目的,为震后影响场快速预估提供科学依据。

Abstract:This paper collects and organizes 182 national intensity attenuation relationship formulas from 22 provinces, 5 autonomous regions, and 4 municipalities. After comparing the parameters with that used in the intensity attenuation relationship of the current rapid earthquake assessment system and "the Tenth Five-Year Plan" assessment system, it could be concluded that intensity attenuation relationships in Beijing, Shanghai, Hebei, Jilin, Gansu, Fujian, Jiangsu, Hainan, Guizhou, Anhui, Hunan, Zhejiang, Heilongjiang, Ningxia, Tianjin, Guangxi, Liaoning, Shandong, Jiangxi, Guangdong and Shaanxi are better than currently used; intensity attenuation relationships currently used in Sichuan, Yunnan and Inner Mongolia regions are adequate; for regions with multiple intensity attenuation formulas including Xinjiang, Qinghai, Xizang, Central Inner Mongolia, Chongqing, Hubei, Henan and Shanxi, the intensity attenuation relationship should be carefully selected for specific areas to optimize parameters and provide a scientific basis for a rapid prediction of the impact areas after an earthquake.
