| 摘 要： | 以粤北山区生态县始兴作为案例,明确了其城镇化发展阶段和现状特征,分析了城镇化发展的工业驱动力机制由一元到二元,再到多元的演变过程,合理评估工业化对区域生态环境的影响程度和发展趋势,在此基础上提出了促进工业化与城镇化协调发展的对策和措施：走异地城镇化和中心镇城镇化的二元道路;实施区域空间管治;全县推行绿色GDP考核等. |

| Abstract: | The urbanization in Shixing,a mountainous ecological county in North Guangdong,has entered accelerative stage.At present Shixing's urbanization is characterized by its low level,obvious spatial diversity,and certain scale of allopatric urbanization.The industrialization driving mechanism of urbanization will develop from one dimension to two and more dimensions.However,the contradictions between industrialization and ecological environmental protection have already appeared.The damage of the ecological environment in the basin would restrict the sustainable development of urbanization and industrialization.It is considered that industrialization and urbanization of the country should be harmonized,a two-dimension development way should be taken,regional governance should be enhanced,and green GDP should be used to replace GDP. |
