| 摘 要： | 测绘标志是国家重要的测绘基础设施,为了了解全市测绘标志的现状,对其进行有效的管理,2005年某市对其辖区的测绘标志进行了全面的普查.传统的测绘标志普查成果大多数都是基于文本的手工管理模式,或者应用简单的数据库如VF,ACESS等管理,查询使用不便.本文采用地理信息技术,实现了测绘标志普查信息的可视化管理.论文详细阐述了在MapInfo环境下建立表,在Excel环境下建立数据库,利用MapBasic程序开发语言实现MapInfo下表和Excel的数据库的链接,同时实现图形与数据库的链接.系统的主要功能是实现测绘标志(即本文中的三角点和水准点)的可视化查询、更新以及图层的管理.这样,利用该系统就可以全面掌握该市测绘标志的现状和完好程度,为测绘标志的维护和管理提供依据,给测绘主管部门和测绘单位管理和使用提供方便.
