医学图像灰度归一化显示技术研究

摘    要:本文介绍了对肝脏图像进行均衡化处理、维纳滤波处理、中值滤波处理,并按灰度直方图分析的取值对均衡化后灰度图像、维纳滤波处理后的灰度图像、中值滤波处理后的灰度图像进行灰度调整。图像放在一起分析比较图像质量并进行讨论。本论文提出的基于直方图分析的中值滤波灰度调整的图像处理创新技术使肝脏图像处理后图像细腻、组织结构清晰、兴趣区层次感加强,对临床诊断具有积极意义,不通过调节窗宽窗位,达到图像灰度归一化显示,易于计算机自动识别。

Study of Medical Gray Level Normalization Technique

Abstract:The current paper describes processing of liver images via histogram equalization, Wiener filtering and median filtering. The gray level transformation technique was used for gray adjustment of the images after the processing. The images are put together and an analytical comparison is carried out for quality evaluation. The innovative gray level transformation technology after median filtering yields exquisite images, with clear tissue structure and stronger layered effect in the interest area, and thus it is significant to clinical diagnosis. The technology can attain gray level normalization display without manual adjustment of the window breadth, which facilitates computerized automatic identification.
