| Abstract: | For Puyang,it is one of the serious water shortage cities in Henan province.At present,because of groundwater exploitation,caused the environmental geological problem is the main one.The article is based on characteristics of water resources,geological environment and socio-economy and proposes sustainable development of water resources and socio-economic countermeasures. |
