| 摘 要： | 结合远程视频监控技术，通过采用ADSL线路和利用动态IP实名解析及反向视频解码卡进行自动气象站远程视频监控系统的建设，弥补了自动站在云和能见度等天气现象观测中的不足。在气象探测环境保护和实景监测中发挥了作用。

Abstract: Based on remote video surveillance technology, ADSL, dynamic IP real name analysis and reversed video decoder card, the remote video surveillance system of automatic weather station was set up, which makes up the deficiency of automatic station in the observation of cloud and visibility and so on. It plays an important role in meteorological sounding environment protection and real monitoring.
