| 摘 要： | 基于GIS理论和方法，运用二次开发技术将MapX控件嵌入到面向对象的开发语言Delphi中，并结合电子地图数据管理方法、视频监控技术以及数据通讯技术，初步实现了边防管理信息系统构建。
