基于梁式试验的CFRP布-混凝土界面粘结滑移模型研究

摘    要:设计了CFRP布-混凝土界面粘结性能的梁式试验方案,考虑高强混凝土和CFRP布加固量对粘结滑移关系的影响,设计制作5个试件,进行了静载作用下的试验。试验结果显示,试件均发生混凝土内聚破坏的剥离破坏,拉下约1-5mm混凝土层。绘出了CFRP布表面应变的分布曲线和粘结滑移曲线。曲线显示,荷载较小时,随着距加载端距离的增加,CFRP布表面应变明显降低;开始剥离后,最大应变即剥离向自由端发展;粘结滑移曲线分上升段、下降段。基于试验数据,给出了最大粘结剪应力τmax和界面破坏能Gf的表达式,在已有模型的基础上,提出了适用于高强混凝土的CFRP布-混凝土界面粘结滑移模型。

Experimental Study on Bond-slip Model for CFRP-concrete Interface Based on Beam Test

Abstract:Beam test program was designed for study on bond-slip performance of CFRP-concrete interface. Static load test on 5 beam specimens has been carried out considering the impact of high-strength concrete and strengthening amount of CFRP sheet. Debonding occurred within the concrete for all specimens, pulling down about 1-Smm layer of concrete. Based on test results, CFRP surface strain distribution and bond-slip curve were presented, before peeling, with the increase of the distance from the loading end, the CFRP cloth surface strain significantly reduced. After peeling, the maximum strain moved toward the free end. The bond-slip curve is divided into two phases: ascent stage and decline stage. The formulas of maximum bond shear stress rmox and interracial failure energy Gf were derived. Based on existing bond-slip model, the bond-slip model for CFRP-concrete was proposed and applied to high strength concrete.
