| Abstract: | This paper focuses on a detailed research on competing land from land transaction date to the project for the first time to apply for pre-sale permit of Nanjing since 2003. In order to verify how long the land development cycle of Nanjing is, and to define the standard of idle land, the paper provokes thoughts, and makes recommendations. |
