摘    要:卫星导航系统时间同步技术是系统的关键技术之一,用于实现卫星和地面站时间统一,其水平直接影响导航系统定位精度。时间同步技术主要包括星地、星间和站间时间同步技术,其中站间时间同步技术又包括了时间频率传递技术、卫星共视技术等。本文详细讨论了站间时间频率传递方法的基本原理和模型,推导了误差模型,分析了影响站间时间频率传递精度的因素,并处理了实际的站间双向C波段数据,分析了站间时间频率传递的精度,结果表明时间频率传递实现的站间时间同步精度1ns。

Abstract:The time synchronization technique is a key problem for satellite navigation system.It is used for union of the time between satellites and ground stations.And it has important effect on the positioning accuracy.The time synchronization techniques comprise of satellite-ground time synchronization,satellite-satellite time synchronization and ground-ground time synchronization.Further more,the ground-ground time synchronizations are composed of two-way satellite time and frequency transfer(TWSTFT) and satellite common-view.In this paper,the basic theory and mathematic model of two-way time and frequency transfer were presented.The error models were deduced and error budgets were analyzed.And the actual two-way C band observations were processed.Then its accuracy was evaluated.The result indicated that the accuracy of TWSTFT is about 1ns.
