| 摘 要： | 通过对土地违法行为的多样性分析,本文提出了运用地理信息技术进行土地执法的可能性和复杂性。从土地执法业务模型出发,对土地执法的技术手段进行了剖析和分类,讨论了3S技术、视频技术、物联网技术等在土地执法中各自扮演的不同角色,并在此基础上建立了土地执法监察技术体系;针对各种支持技术发展的不平衡性,提出整合现有成熟技术实施土地执法监管,并逐渐吸收新技术完善土地执法技术体系。

| Abstract: | Based on the diversity analysis of the illegal land activities,this study examined the possibility and complexity to conduct the land supervision by GI technologies.Through assessing the land supervision business model,this paper discussed the classification of land supervision technologies.After exploring the application role of 3S technologies,video technologies and sensor web technologies playing in the land supervision,the technology schema system was built to perform land supervision.Aiming at the unbalance of different technologies,this study proposed to integrate the existed technologies and absorb latest technologies to improve the supervision system step by step. |
