集中装药同步成型地下仓及砼仓壁实验研究

摘    要:同步成型地下仓及砼仓壁是在土中建造各种类型地下仓的一种新方法。实验研究了集中装药同步成型地下仓及砼仓壁过程中土体变形特点和砼支护的效果。结果表明:与普通爆扩成腔方法相比,同步成型地下仓及砼仓壁不仅可减轻土体破坏程度、增加土体稳定性和承载力,而且在土体和装药条件相同的情况下可获得更大的可用空间;同时,砼在爆炸冲击作用下可形成均匀的仓壁,仓壁强度比人工支护提高约25%。

Abstract:Synchronous forming of underground warehouse and concrete wall is a new method of constructing every sort of underground warehouses in soil. This paper studies the deforming characteristics of soil and the effect of concrete supporting in the course of synchronous forming of underground warehouse and concrete wall by experiments. Results show that compared with normal explosive forming, synchronous forming of undergroud warehouse and concret wall can not only reduce the collapse degree and enhance the stability as well as bearing capacity of soil but also produce a bigger available space under the same conditions of soil and explosive; meanwhile, concrete used in synchronous forming can form a well distributed wall of which the strength can increase about 25%, compared with manual supporting.
