石墨炉原子吸收法测定地球化学样品中痕量银

摘    要:本文采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定地球化学样品中痕量银。选择硝酸镁和硫脲混合溶液为基体改进剂,银的灰化温度为800℃,研究了最佳的分析测定条件。该方法检出限为0.01μg/g。用该方法对国家地球化学标准样品的测定结果与标准值相符。

Abstract:A method for determination of trace silver in geochemical materials by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) has been developed in the present study. Magnesium nitrate and thiourea were selected as the matrix modifier, the pyrolysis temperature was raised up to 800℃, and the optimum conditions of analysis were selected. The detection limit of the method was 0.01 μg/g. The determination result of the national standard geochemical materials given by the method was coincided with the standard values of the materials.
