基于MapObjects的水环境规划系统

摘    要:根据GIS开发设计中原型法的思想,以结构化系统分析为主要技术路线,利用面向对象技术和组件技术,用可视化编程语言VisualBasic和GIS控件MapObjects开发了城市水环境规划系统,探讨了一些GIS二次开发方面的主要技术问题,将集成系统应用于淮南市水环境规划中,并对不同条件下水资源变化情况进行预测。将GIS与水环境模型集成,在改进管理方式、提高规划效率、改进模型可操作性等方面十分有效。

Abstract:On the base of secondary development, the structural systems analysis is the main technique of this system. Object oriented technique, component technique, Visual Basic and MapObjects are used to urban water environment programming system. This paper discusses some main technique in secondary development of GIS, and forecasts the change of water resources in different conditions. Integrated system is used in the water environment program of Huainan. It is very effective to integrate GIS and water environmental model in improving management mode, programming efficiency and the maneuverability of model.
