| 摘 要： | 利用ArcIMS和计算机网络技术，对国土资源电子政务系统的结构、功能进行了总体设计，把国土部门的办公流程和业务应用纳入到一个集中统一的、网络化的、异地的、并行的协同办公流程上来，从而对国土资源信息服务的应用具有重要意义。
