地铁盾构隧道施工同步注浆参数控制

摘    要:盾构是城市地铁最为有效的施工手段,在施工掘进参数设置合理的情况下,其关键技术之一是掘进过程中的同步注浆,通过设置合理的同步注浆参数,可以有效降低对地表周边环境的影响。通过定量分析同步注浆注浆量和注浆压力,提高盾构施工参数控制水平,所得的结论可以应用于依托工程,并可为其他相关工程提供参考。

Abstract:Shield is the most effective method of city subway construction.As long as the reasonable tunneling parameters are set, synchronous grouting in tunneling becomes one of the key technologies in the process of excavation.With the rea-sonable grouting parameters, the influence on the surface of surrounding city environment can be effectively reduced. Through the quantitative analysis on the grouting volume and grouting pressure of synchronous grouting, the control level of shield construction parameters is improved;the conclusion can be applied to the shield construction for subway and also can be the reference for other related works.
