A Discussion on Some problems in Map Projection Transformation

In this paper three theoretical problems in map projection transformation using polynomials have been discussed.These problems are:The general characteristics of convergency of the functions of a map projection transformation;the convergency in the process of approximation of the functions of a map projection transformation with polynomials and the maintainance of topological character of the original figure in polynomial transformations.
