华南地区降水与雾的关系初探

本文分析了华南地区雾（能见度）的影响因子，重点分析降水与雾的联系。分析表明，华南地区降水与雾有显著的关系，有无降水反映了不同过程和类型的雾，其形成条件和机理相应也不同。轻雾和浓雾在形成条件和机理上有重要差别，而不仅仅是程度的不同。在成因和因子分析基础上对雾（能见度）进行数值模式释用预报是可行的。

A Study on the Relationship between Fog and Rainfall over South China

The factors influencing fog (visibility) over South China are investigated, with special emphasis on the relationship between fog and precipitation It is pointed out that, the type and process, as well as the forming condition and mechanism of fog may be different for cases with or without precipitation There exists important difference between light and dense fogs in forming conditions and mechanism,in addition to the degree of severity Finally, a MOS method for fog (visibility) prediction based on mesoscale numerical model is established,according to the above analysis Verification shows that it's feasible to make temporally and spatially detailed prediction of fog (visibility) using this kind of method
