摘    要:结合2009年1月1日起正式执行的《国家速报台站大地震速报评比标准》的要求,对太原基准地震台2009年速报工作中存在的主要问题进行了总结分析,对如何改进工作,有效提高速报质量,提出了改进措施。

Abstract:Short-term and imminent earthquake anomaly variation appeared in crustal tilt and ground strain data before the MS≥4.0 earthquakes in Shanxi and the MS≥7.0 earthquakes at home and aboard are studied by using the routine analysis methods of yearly variation and vector graph.Time from anomaly starting to earthquake occurring,anomaly lasting time,time from anomaly ending to earthquake occurring and anomaly shape etc.are calculated.Through the first order differential analysis on the daily mean values of crustal tilt and ground strain data of Shanxi.Based on anatomy of typical earthquake events,short-term and imminent earthquake anomaly characteristics of crustal tilt and ground strain before the MS≥4.0 earthquakes in Shanxi(near field) and the MS≥7.0 earthquakes in far field are figured out.
