| 摘 要： | 微生物是湿地生态系统不可缺少的成员,对湿地生态系统中物质转化、能量流动起着重要作用.综述了国内外湿地土壤微生物研究的现状,总结了湿地土壤微生物研究主要的几个方面,包括土壤微生物的群落结构研究、代谢活性研究和生态学功能的研究.对天然湿地土壤微生物群落、功能以及多样性研究提出了展望.
