膨胀式自应力灌浆卡箍灌浆本构关系模型的研究

摘    要:膨胀式自应力灌浆卡箍是一种典型的钢/灌浆组合结构,由于膨胀受限灌浆处于三向受压状态,在这种结构的强度校核中采用合适的灌浆本构模型是影响设计结果的重要因素。采用ABAQUS建模这种卡箍,构筑了三种灌浆本构关系模型,主要测试了莫尔库仑模型和塑性损伤模型的相关材料参数,然后通过一个节点灌浆卡箍的设计算例,比较和分析了三种灌浆本构模型的计算结果。仿真分析发现对于卡箍的灌浆强度校核,线弹性模型最保守,容易校核不合格,而塑性损伤模型最不保守。建议采用能反映灌浆的压碎和开裂行为的塑性损伤模型作为膨胀式灌浆卡箍强度校核分析的本构关系。研究结果可以为自应力灌浆卡箍的有限元强度校核方法提供有益的借鉴和指导。

Abstract:The expansive stressed grouted clamp is a typical steel/grout composite structure, and the grout is in the state of three-dimensional compression due to its expansion restriction. In the strength check of this structure, the use of appropriate grout constitutive model is an important factor affecting the design results. ABAQUS is used to model this kind of clamp, and three grout constitutive models are constructed. The relevant material parameters of Mohr Coulomb model and Damage Plasticity model are mainly tested. Then, through a design example of joint grouted clamp, the simulation results of three grout constitutive models are compared and analyzed. The simulation analysis shows that for the grout strength check of the clamp, the linear elastic model is the most conservative, and is easy to fail, while the Damage Plasticity model is the least conservative, and suitable for the strength check of the expansive grouted clamp. It is suggested that the Damage Plasticity model which can reflect the crushing and cracking behavior of grout should be used as the constitutive relation for the strength check of expansive stressed grouted clamp. The study can provide useful reference and guidance for the FE strength check method of stressed grouted clamp.
