如何构建地勘单位经营业绩考核体系探讨

摘    要:通过分析地勘单位现行经营业绩考核机制,提出了地勘单位在实施企业化进程中,如何构建以效益为中心,以市场为导向,结合行业实际,立足于调动经营者积极性的绩效考核体系,并提出了构建经营业绩考核体系要把握好的几个问题,以促进地勘单位持续快速健康的发展。

Abstract:Analyzed the current management performance assessment system in geological exploration units,put forward sug-ges-tions on how to make up a new assessment system centered at beneficial result,directed on market,combined with in-dustrial practice,and established to mobilize operator's aggressiveness.Pointed out some problems need to be solved during the assessment system making up,to speed up geological exploration units have sustained,fast and healthy development.
