煤矸石制作硅肥技术试验研究

摘    要:煤矸石制作硅肥时应先对煤矸石进行活化处理。通过在煤矸石中加入助剂,采取高温煅烧方法,研究出了煤矸石中有效硅活化的最佳助剂比例为煤矸石:CaCO3:Na2CO3:NaOH=1:0.1:0.5:0.05;煤矸石活化的最佳温度为700℃;最佳煅烧时间为2h;最佳粒度为80目。依据煅烧试验结果,提出了煤矸石制作硅肥的工艺技术。经对试验制成的硅肥成分与有害元素测试,符合国家硅肥标准。

Technology for producing silicon fertilizer from coal gangue

Abstract:Coal gangue is firstly processed by activation when producing silicon fertilizer from coal gangue. By adding promoters and using high temperature calicination method, it was found out that for efficient silicon activation, the optimal scale of promoters for coal gangue: CaCO3: Na2CO3: Na2OH was 1: 0.1: 0.5: 0.05, the optimal temperature for coal gangue activation was 700 ℃, the optimal calicination duration was 2 h and optimal size was 80 mesh. According to calicination test, the technology for producing fertilizer from coal gangue was put forward. The teste of composition and hazardous elements verified that the fertilizer produced by experiment was in accordanced with state standards for silicon fertilizer.
