景宁望东垟高山湿地自然保护区沼泽土壤有机碳含量分布特征

摘    要:为了研究山地沼泽土壤有机碳的分布特征,在浙江省南部景宁望东垟高山湿地自然保护区内的森林沼泽、草本沼泽和针阔混交林地中,设置采样地,于2018年9月6~8日,分别采集0~10 cm、10~30 cm、30~60 cm和60~100 cm深度的土壤样品,测定土壤有机碳含量及其活性组分含量,并分析其与其它土壤理化指标的关系。研究结果表明,随着土壤深度的增加,森林沼泽、草本沼泽和针阔混交林地土壤有机碳含量总体上逐渐减小,10~30 cm深度土壤轻组有机碳和颗粒有机碳含量显著低于0~10 cm深度土壤,各深度土壤可溶性有机碳含量差异不大;在0~10 cm、10~30 cm和30~60 cm深度土层,森林沼泽土壤中的可溶性有机碳含量占有机碳含量的比例显著高于草本沼泽,草本沼泽土壤中的颗粒有机碳含量占有机碳含量的比例显著高于森林沼泽和针阔混交林地,草本沼泽土壤有机碳库较稳定;森林沼泽和针阔混交林地土壤有机碳含量与土壤中的全氮和全磷含量显著相关,森林沼泽、草本沼泽和针阔混交林地土壤中的有机碳各活性组分含量与土壤有机碳含量显著相关。

Abstract:In order to study the distribution of soil organic carbon in mountain marsh, sampling sites were set in forest swamp, herbaceous marsh and coniferous-broadleaf forest land in Jingning Wangdongyang Mountain Wetland Nature Reserve in southern Zhejiang province. Soil samples at 0-10 cm, 10-30 cm, 30-60 cm and 60-100 cm depths were collected on September 6-8 in 2018. Contents of soil organic carbon and the active components were determined, and soil physical-chemical properties were analyzed. The results showed that with the increase of soil depth, soil organic carbon contents generally decreased in forest swamp,herbaceous marsh and coniferous-broadleaf forest land. The contents of light fraction organic carbon and particulate organic carbon at 10-30 cm depth were lower than those at 0-10 cm depth significantly, while there was little difference on the dissolved organic carbon contents in different soil layers. The ratios of dissolved organic carbon to soil organic carbon contents in forest swamp were significantly higher than those of herbaceous marsh, and the ratios of particulate organic carbon to soil organic carbon contents in herbaceous marsh were significantly higher than those in soil layers of 0-10 cm, 10-30 cm, and 30-60 cm in forest swamp and coniferous-broadleaf forest land. It means organic carbon stocks in herbaceous marsh were stable. There were significant correlations between contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and organic carbon in the soils of forest swamp and coniferous-broadleaf forest land. The correlationship between contents of organic carbon and its components were significant in the soils of forest swamp, herbaceous marsh and coniferousbroadleaf forest land.
