| Abstract: | The design parameters of the long oil and gas pipelines and their calculation are different from that of common engineering project.Some personal opinions and suggestions on the standard for earthquake fortification,liquefaction response of the pipelines and dealing with the active faults are presented.This discussion may be referenced by the engineers in designing the berried pipelines. |
