肾恶性肿瘤的CT,超声,X线片综合分析

本文通过分析１０例经手术病理证实的恶性肾肿瘤的尿路造影，超声和ＣＴ表现，讨论了恶性肾肿瘤的一些诊断问题，作者认为单纯使用常规排泄性尿路造影对于显示肾脏恶性肿瘤明显低于超声和ＣＴ，综合应用影像学技术可显著提高恶性肾肿瘤的诊断率。ＣＴ对于诊断病变，确定病变性质，治疗及判断预后均有重要价值。

CT, B-mode Ultrasonogram and X-ray Analyses of Renal Malignant Tumors

In this paper, the intravenous urogram, B-mode ultrasonograms and CT features of renal malignant tumors which were found in the cases of operation proved and pathologically confirmed were analysed. Some problems on diagnosis of renal malignant tumor were discussed. The authors consider that showing renal malignant tumor by B-us and CT is obviously superior to by simply IVU, the correct diagnostic rate of renal malignant tumor can be increased through synthetical application of imaging techniques. CT processes important value in diagnosis, treatment and estimating the pronosis.
