| Abstract: | This article intoduces the procedure of using traditional galvanic resistivity method to prospecting for groundwater in northwestern Hubei. It provides evidences that good results can be acquaired if reasonable traditional method is chosen under different conditions. Based on the results of electric survey, a borehole well has been finished and the water yield reaches up to 280 t per day. |
