工作面顶板动态离层水治理研究

摘    要:2005年5月21日淮北矿业集团海孜煤矿745工作面发生了瞬时水量达3887m^3/h的特大溃水事故.经分析发现,此次溃水事故的水源来自7煤层顶板砂岩离层积水,是在复杂水文工程地质条件下,采煤工作面顶板产生的一种动态突水水源.针对离层突水的动力特点,在工作面回采影响以外的下山方向布置钻孔,并采取在工作面采前、采中和采后持续放水的措施,有效地阻止了离层水源的产生,保证了工作面安全生产.

Abstract:Extraordinarily serious water bursting was happened on the 21st of May, 2005 at No.745 working face, Haizi coalmine, Huaibei Mining Group, the instantaneous flow was as large as 3,887m^3/h. After analysis, found that the water bursting source was from No.7 coal seam roof sandstone stratifugic water accumulation, a kind of dynamic water bursting source produced in working face roof when mining under complex hydrogeological and engineering geological conditions. In allusion to the dynamic characteristics of the stratifugic water bursting, measures of down-dip direction drilling outside the working face winning incidence, sustained drainage during pre-mining, mining and post-mining, thus prevented stratifugic water source come into being effectively, and ensuring safety in working face production.
