| 摘 要： | 介绍了采用语音电路技术及双音多频（DTMF）解码技术，实现了“121”语音分信箱自动答询的电路实现技术。该系统具有电路实现简单、成本低，可靠性高的特点，与相关软件配合，或单独使用，均可实现“121”语音制作、自动答询的功能，该系统在停电或微机故障的情况下，利用电池供电也能正常工作，适合基层气象台作为“121”备份系统使用。

| Abstract: | The technology of the tone circuit and the decode of Diplex Tone Multi Frequence to realize some functions of the 121 segregate mailbox is described. The system possesses a simple realizable circuit with low cost and high reliability. It can function such as the 121 tone manufacture and auto response when working with the relative software or alone. It can also work normally with the batteries as the power. Hence it is suitable for the primary meteorological observatory as the 121 backup system. |
