| 摘 要： | 根据风级和震级的计算原理，提出了风暴潮等级和灾度的概念。风暴潮等级是描述一次风暴湖大小的定时指标，风暴潮灾度是描述一次风暴潮造成社会损失大小的定量指标。这两个指标从理论和应用方面来说都具有许多优点，概念明确，简单易行。

| Abstract: | According to the calculating principle of wind scale and earthquake magnitude, the concepts of magnitude and disaster degree of storm surge are put forward. Magnitude of storm surge is a quantitative target for describing one storm surge scale, and disaster degree of storm surge is a quantitative target for describing one social loss caused by storm surge. They have a great many merits in regard to theory and application. Their concepts are explicit and their applications are easy. |
