Application of GIS Platform in Ningxia Electrical Spatial Data Processing and Management

Perfect and accurate power data is the key to establish power GIS platform. To ensure the reliability and integrity of the GPS power data, raw data must be further edited and tested in order to enter the GIS database. This paper described a specific application methods and working procedures of GIS platform technology in Ningxia electrical spatial data editing and managing. It described the characteristics of electrical spatial data, the presentation and the editorial program. In addition,it discussed the service GIS, spatial database, RIA and other major technology which involved in the system.
