| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了真空热压烧结金刚石钻头的特点、优越性，即排杂、脱氧、脱气、促进金属粉末合金化、降低金刚石强度的热力损失、钻头内在质量明显改善；介绍了几个厂家钻头的试验情况，对其综合效果进行评价；文章还展望了这种新型钻头的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Characteristics and advantages of vacuum hot pressing by using method of sintering dia-mond bit are described briefly in this paper, i. e., removing impurities ,deoxidization , gettingout of air,promoting alloying of metal powders, reducting hot damage of the strength of dia-mond,improving the quality of the bits, and so on. Author introduces the experimental situa-tion of bits of some facteries, evaluates its comprehensive results and looks forword to its ap-plied prospects of the new bit. |
