| 摘 要： | 从防洪系统风险的基本概念出发，分析了防洪风险的性质，在洪水风险管理、防洪堤、水库大坝以及其他建筑物工程风险、洪水预报调度风险等诸多方面分析了当前的研究情况，对防洪系统的风险管理提出了几点建议。
