| 摘 要： | 目前,各城镇一般选择AutoCAD和Excel对基准地价评估成果图和成果表分别管理,这种管理主要问题表现为:数据更新效率低;图与表数据不一致性;数据分析和图表双向查询困难;结果输出形式单一等.系统改用MapInfo系统软件基础平台,建立评估成果空间数据库,利用组件开发方式,建立基准地价评估成果管理信息系统.该系统通过文档管理、成果图表管理和GIS专题子系统集评估成果图、表、文于一体,实现了对成果信息的图形操作、属性管理、信息查询、空间分析和专题制图等,保证了地价评估成果图、表数据显示和更新的一致性,图件编制、数据维护和信息分析更加直观、简单,改善了原有基准地价评估成果管理现状,提高了基准地价评估成果管理水平.
