| 摘 要： | 重点介绍了我国自主建设的北斗卫星导航系统在四川抗震救灾中的成功应用与实践。该系统在搭建指挥网络、报知灾情险情、保障应急定位及提供信息服务上具有明显的功能优势和应用潜力。作者指出，“救灾导航”理念应纳入国家减灾救灾和突发事件应对战略，基于北斗的抢险救灾导航保障应形成常态化、规范化的应急保障模式。
