| 摘 要： | 集聚与扩散是研究大都市空间演化的基本视角.该文以南京为实证,着重从人口与就业的密度分布以及办公与商务的空间分布等方面,运用大量第一手的调查资料,探讨了南京大都市空间演化过程中要素集散的现象、机制与有关问题,并提炼了一些规律性的结论.

| Abstract: | Agglomeration and diffusion have been proposed to be a principal investigation on the study of metropolitan space evolution. The paper, from the aspects of three optimal factors: population density distribution, employment distribution as well as business location, applies a lot of firsthand materials to explore the phenomenon, mechanism and relevant issues of agglomeration and diffusion in the process of Nanjing metropolitan space evolution. It also makes some regular conclusions. |
