褐藻多酚的结构单元及生成机理

摘    要:在褐藻多酚研究中,传统的观战即间苯三酚是褐藻多酚的结构单元,在多酚结构规律方面不能地解释6种酚类分子的成因。作者在理论分析和综合前人实验结果的基础上,提出1,2,3,5-四羟基苯为褐藻多酚的结构单元,它在褐藻细胞中的存在形式为1,2,3,5-四羟基苯-2,5-二硫酸酯或1,2,3,5-四羟基苯-2-硫酸酯或并指出褐藻多酚可能的生成机理,初步为不同种类多酚分子的生成规律提供了一种统一的、清晰的解释。

Abstract:The past study on Phaeophyceae polyphenols is reviewed. The difficultiesin the traditional theory are that they cannot clearly explain the formation of different polyphenols (Fucols, Phlorethols, Fucophlorethols, Fuhalols, Eckols, Halogenatedphlorotaedns) and the etistence of vicinal hydroxyl group in fuhalols from theviewpoint tha phloroglucinol is the structural wht of the polyphenols. A hypothesisis put forth that l, 2, 3, 5-tetrahydroxybenzene is the structural unit eaisting andtaking part in reaction in the form of l, 2, 3, 5 - tetrahy droxybenzene - 2,5 -disulfate ester or l, 2, 3, 5 -tetrahydroxy -2-sulfate ester and the biosyllthesis ofthe polyphenols is through the shikindc acid pathway, somewhat like that ofphenolics in higher plants- The phenolics and the amino acids of tyr, phe and try inhigher plants are biosynthesized through the shikimic acid pathway, and asPhaeophyceae has the above amino acids, then it is mostly likely that the hypothesisholds true. This hypothesis is prelindnarily validated by the experiments of Ragan etal., (l979) who surveyed the distributions of l, 2, 3, 5 - tetrahy droxy benzene - 2,5 -disulfate ester and l, 2, 3, 5 - tetrahy droxy benzene - 2 - sulfate ester in 2O speciesof Phaeophyceae representing 7 orders and lO fandlies' A common mechanism derivedfrom the hypothesis of the formation of different kinds of polyphenol molecules isillustrated (Fig.3)' It is proposed that in the study of Phaeophyceae polyphenols, thesynthesis of Phaeophyceae polyphenols from l, 2, 3, 5 - tetrahydroxy benzene - 2,5 -disulfate ester or l, 2, 3, 5 - tetrahydroxy benzene - 2 - sulfate e ster should be re-searched for further validation of the hypothesis'
