| 摘 要： | 我们曾经在１９９７年探讨了地震地磁前兆的物理判据，指出地磁前兆应该符合地磁学本身的物理基础，必须与其他手段的结果基本一致，必须经得起时间的考验，在此，我们用自己的某些最新研究结果，试着进一步阐明这些观点，认为在提取到某种异常时，应该首先分析导常的物理原因，判断其是否属于地震前兆，第二步还应该研究前兆的可能的物理机制，在许多地下条件还属未知的情况下，先作定性物理解释。

| Abstract: | We have studied the physicalcriteria ofseism o-geom agnetic precursors in 1997. Som e physicalCriteria are suggested:the seism o-geom agnetic precursors m ustbeconsistentw ith the physicalfundam entalknow ledge ofgeom agnetism ; m ustbe consistentw ith the results ofother m ethods fundam entally; m ustbe tested by the com ing days results. We restudy these by our som e new researching results here and suggest that w e should first analyze the physicalexplain ofthe anom aly, check ifitis a precursorofearthquake; m ustinvesti- gate the possible physicalm achanism ofthe precursor, firstly give the qualitative explain w hen m any internalconditions are unknow n. |
