| 摘 要： | 气象短信发布终端应用系统依托气象局业务系统和现有的信息发布手段,扩建其信息收集、传输渠道及与之配套的业务系统;建立起权威、畅通、有效的信息发布渠道,形成覆盖全区的气象信息短信综合发布系统。
