| Abstract: | A preliminary scheme for time frequency transfer via optical fiber TV channel,is introduced,the determination of the delay for the closed loop is described,and a new method to realize two way time Transfer by Subcarrier Multiplex(SCM)system with spread spectrum technique is discussed in this paper. |
