皇城山银矿床矿物找矿标型性研究

ON THE STUDY OF PROSPECTING TYPOMORPHISM OF MINERALS FROM HUANGCHENGSHAN SILVER DEPOSIT

Given in this paper are the systematic data, which include the geologic1 setting of Huangchengshan silver deposit, the prospecting typomorphism of minerals of the silver ore formation, and the typomorphic characteristics of electrothermal potential of minerals from Huangchengshan. The main distinguishing features of the typomorphism of minerals of the silver ore formation are: the silver mineral species are complex, associated ore minerals and gangue minerals are both rich in silver. The prospecting typomorphic characteristics of chemical composition of argentite, sphalerite, galena, pyrite, digenite, covellite and quartz from Huangchengshan are elucidated in this treatise. Based on the data of electrothermal potential of pyrite and galena from Huangthengshan, the problem of the lower boundary of ore body is also discussed in this thesis. The investiga-tion results of this paper may be helpful in the work for the surveying prospecting and exploration of silver deposits.
