摘    要:我国目前高精度典型要素数据建设主要集中在境内区域,境外几乎是空白,境外典型要素数据主要依靠卫星遥感技术获取。本项目拟从国产卫星影像几何定位、信息提取、参考框架构建、技术集成与应用示范等方面开展研究,突破境外典型要素提取关键技术难题,为全球典型要素提取工程化生产提供技术支撑,将显著提升我国地理空间信息全球生产和服务能力。

Abstract:China's current high-precision data production of the typical geographical features are mainly in the territory,and the outside is almost blank.To obtain the typical geographic features outside mainly rely on the remote sensing technology.The research will be carried out in the realm of the geometric orientation,information extraction,construction of the reference frame,technical integration and application demonstration of the domestic satellite images.The program will make breakthrough on key technical problems of typical geographic features extraction abroad,which will provide technical support for global typical geographic features' engineering production,and significantly improve the Chinese global geospatial information production and service capabilities.
