| Abstract: | This article,from the present facing problems of our nation's water environment,knows the neccessary,possibility and benefit of the water-polluted being become resources,and the measure which water-polluted is changed into resources and energy,and then,concludes that water-polluted being become resources is the important way to solve the water crisis. |
