| Abstract: | We need to develop a kind of deck video monitoring system in the visualization of the detecting equipments used in the deep-sea exploration. It integrates video coding and decoding technology,optical fiber communication technology,superimposed images and data storage technology and system integration technology together. This paper introduces the design of Deck Video Monitor Platform, then discusses about the concrete realization of video capture technology. |
