| 摘 要： | 回顾了国内关于城市湿地公园及国家湿地公园的概念,结合目前政府对我国国家湿地公园的界定,提出了建设和规划湿地公园的“三圈四区七层”新理念,并结合东江湖国家湿地公园、莲花湖湿地公园等概念性规划实践,提出了这种理念的实践途径。

| Abstract: | By reviewing the concepts of urban wetland park and national wetland park in China, considering the current definition of national wetland park by the Chinese government, the paper proposed a new concept of i3 circles, 4 sections and 7 layersl for development and planning of wetland parks. Based on conceptual planning practices of Donjiang Lake Wetland Park and Lianhua Lake Wetland Park. the authors introduced approaches to practicing the new concept. |
