基于ArcGIS的土地权属界线转绘方案研究

农村集体土地所有权确权登记发证工作已经在全国范围内如火如茶地开展,意义非常深远。权属界线的确定是这项工作的核心,在这个过程中,利用原有的权属界线,进行变更调查,形成新的权属界线。原有权属界线的转绘是确权的先决条件,本文主要对权属界线的转绘方法进行了研究,提出了合理、正确的解决方案。

Research on Drawing of the Original Ownership Boundaries Based on ArcGIS

The Project of registration and certification about the ownership of rural collective land has been carried out like a raging fire in the national scope, which is of far-reaching significance. Determining the ownership boundaries is the core of the project. Based on the original ownership boundaries, we conduct on-the-spot investigation and draw the ownership boundaries. Drawing the original ownership boundaries is a prerequisite to determine the ownership of the land. This pa- per mainly studies the method of drawing ownership boundaries and proposes the reasonable solution.
