三峡库区综合信息空间集成平台研究与实践

摘    要:三峡库区建设一直是国家和地方政府高度关注的区域,空间信息的共享和综合应用是数字区域的核心。文章基于三峡库区综合信息空间集成平台项目,建立了三峡库区唯一的、权威的和通用的地理信息公共平台,以该平台为基础建立了政府宏观决策和地质灾害监测等6个应用示范系统,向政府部门及公众提供了丰富的地理信息服务,促进了三峡库区地理空间信息资源共享和充分利用,通过建设取得了丰富的成果。希望进一步探索地理信息为国家重大战略服务的新模式和新方法,对数字区域地理空间框架建设提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:The Three Gorges Reservoir Area is always the center of concern of local and central government,and the sharing and integrated application of spatial information is the core of digital field.Based on the project of integrated platform of spatial information of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,this paper establishes the unique,authoritative and general public geographic information platform which is the basis of 6 application demonstration system including government macro decision making and geological disaster monitoring.The above geographic information platform provides abundant geographic information for the government and public,facilitating the sharing and full utilization of geographic spatial information of the Three Gorges Reservoir Areas,achieves abundant results through construction.The author hopes to further research the new mode and method of serving major national strategy utilizing geographic information in order to provide beneficial source of reference to constructing regional digital geographic spatial information framework.
