摘    要:为提高台站人员对新型自动气象站的运行保障能力,基于2017—2020年江西省93个台站新型自动站设备的省级维修保障档案,将新型自动站仪器系统故障设备进行归纳分类,分析了故障诊断的逻辑方法,厘清故障现象与故障设备的关联性,归纳"现象—故障件—处理方法"的映射关系,在此基础上设计新型自动站故障智能诊断系统.系统包括硬件模块和短距离无线通讯模块,硬件模块实时检测自动站采集器的运行状态参数;无线通讯模块实现硬件与软件之间的短距离远程通讯.软件程序安装在值班机房,实现远程控制、故障状态显示、智能诊断、记录存档等功能.

Abstract:In order to improve the support capability of national weather stations, based on the maintenance support service files of 93 national weather stations in Jiangxi province from 2017 to 2020, the fault equipments of instrument system at automatic weather stations were inductive classified, the logical methods of fault diagnosis were discussed, and the correlation between fault phenomena, fault equipment and processing method was clarified. The intelligent fault diagnosis system for automatic weather station was designed on this basis. This study included software, hardware development and short range wireless communication. The running state parameters of the automatic station collector were detected in real time by the hardware module. The short distance remote communication between hardware and software was realized by wireless communication module. The software program was installed on the computer in duty room to realize the functions of remote control, fault status display, intelligent diagnosis, recording and archiving.
