机器人视觉实验所用格网板的无接触精密检测

摘    要:取代传统的接触式一维测量方法,采用由两台TM5100A电子经纬仪构成的Axyz/MTM工业测量系统,对MOTOMAN-SV3XL型机器人视觉控制实验中所用的格网板进行了无接触式精密检测。由于采用联机测量模式,在测量现场即可实时获取检测点的三维坐标,并依赖于测量软件丰富的计算与分析功能,检测工作简便、准确而高效。检测结果表明,该系统在5m范围内的单点测量精度优于±0.1mm,完全满足高精度检测工作的要求。

Abstract:Replacing conventional touching and single dimension methods, Axyz/MTM industrial measuring system, which based on two TM5100A electronic theodolites and can make no-touching measurement, is introduced in precision check of a grid plate used in MOTOMAN-SV3XL robot vision control experiment.Online mode makes such system get 3D coordinates of checking points on the spot real time.And depending on powerful functions of its software, measurement is very simple, high precision and effective.The results of checking work indicates that mean square error of single point is less than ±0.1mm within 5 meters and it can meet the requirement of high precise measurement.
